To be more specific, I am referring to ROVER 1's posting #88 and Larry Garrison's response #89. ROVER 1 have you obtained additional info about shorting BB stocks since posting #88 or did I misunderstand it? No one is getting greater enjoyment from reading these Freddy, the Canadian short-seller inspired conspiracy theories than I, I can assure you, but are they grounded on a clear and accurate understanding of the applicable rules respecting shorting of BB stocks? I'd appreciate an answer before I get too excited reading these stories. ONLY WAY HAWKEYE CAN GET EXCITED NOW. CHINA GREEN LEAVE HAWKEYE FOR BIGTIME CAR DEALER SMOKING BIG CIGAR!

"You can DO ANYTHING YOU WANT ON THE NAKED SIDE" is how Andrew from Myersons put it whenI called him again this morning to ask if Freddy or anyone in AMerica can short slup or bulletin board stocks generally. HE said Freddy the stockbroker has been involved in this game a long time. He was very involved in a CIGAR co. and had lost a great deal of money. Appparently co has more informtaion on him so call them Hawkeye. HE also confimred Freddy shorting the stock was his personal theory. RE. Yesterdays meeting between slup and SEC he doesnt know anything yet and is out of loop at this stage.
