Could be, but seems to me that without some past or present connections there are a lot of other companies out there more suited to SEE than Roper. Could also be that Roper found SEE and talked their way into an 'exclusive agreement to negotiate a relationship'. What type of relationship? Following them around to trade shows? Using their name and Boeing in news releases? I know Roper says they hope the outcome is that they will end up acquiring a significant interest in SEE. Hope SEE wants that too, but at what cost to Roper? Not being negative here, just questions that I have. Just trying to determine if I should be really interested in RRN as an investor, or simply as the letters RRN, paper, and numbers on a screen and not care what they do.

Thanks for the input. Hope the brokers join the party also, but let me get another shot at it first.

Jim
