Conducting 3 blasts is not a simple matter. It takes more than 7 weeks to do something like this. In 1995 New York times reported that India is preparing for fresh tests. India instead of denying called the reports "highly speculative".

As far as Trade with India is concerned. Its pretty big Potential wise.
