The recent share price action here mirrors very closely the action of another of my holdings (GLOW) -- good steady accumulation and price appreciation for several consecutive days. Finally, a spike followed by a huge selloff and a "dead cat bounce". The good news is we are seeing the price stabilize and a new floor has been established. Any ideas as to when filing with the SEC will begin? I believe first-time filers have approximately a 30-60 day period during which the SEC goes through the financials with a fine-tooth comb before the numbers are sent to EDGAR. Can anyone verify this? Long on LGOV! Scott
