"Nikkei is not following the Asian trend?!"

Sure it is, your looking at forest of trees, and the lumber jacks are cutting the edges. A litle here, a little there. Bit by bit there getting closer to the old growth. Japan is a big economy, the sharks need to undermine the juniors to get to the biggy. Remeber when a few weeks ago when Japan stepped in at 134.5 Yen... when they starting to give... JPY per USD 133.82/133.88

But why are they giving... Fear of USA raising rates. That would probably sign the death warrent for the GOV. And the Nikkei. Give it time...

PS: my analysis of the DOW says it should get to 9350 +/- 100 by June 23, followed by a correction after that date of 20-25%. I still see the YEN reaching 165 Yen. And the Nikkei at 11,000. All at JUNE 23, 1998. I believe that the GoV of Japan is playing with the Nikkei, and I'm sure that Reuters or others will report of it at months end. What is Japan going to be like when rates rise in Hong Kong?
