I like CEPH and GLCP. GLCP announced their financial statement for 97 last night and the book value is $.17. The stock closed at .185. Their 10-K that was delayed should be up at freeegar.com sometime this week. When this stock was trading on potential a couple years ago it was in the $3.00 range. All we need is some good news about final system de-bugging and contracts and we should be headed to over a buck in the short term. All is IMO.
