When you sign a contract to buy a house, you don't usually move
in until weeks to months later. Perhaps this is a similar situation,
where the contract was signed to start disposal on a certain date.

I'm sure that there'll be much fanfare when the well is up and
running at full class V capabilities and contracts are piling up
as the pollution police start enforcing the state's recently
introduced waste disposal laws.

Just guessing here. And still optimistic.

Sweez...there's been a definite play on words. I am waiting on an
Email reply I sent yesterday to the Dept. of Water Quality, regarding
site construction/testing etc for Class V well. Will forward on when
or if received.

Yes , they are still in business. In fact I called them once to get a feel for what they do. Sounded ok to me.
