Short selling of Bulletin Board stocks is one of the most corrupt and illegal markets there is. These short sellers are mostly americans because the sells are coming from U.S brokerage houses which your broker if he wanted could get a copy of all buy and sell orders and where they come from. The only way you can prevent this is by having all most all shareholders ordering their shares out into certificates. But this is almost impossible to do, but if you could do it, it would push the stock higher and force the short sellers to cover. K.M.
