Company Press Release

Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc. Makes
Announcement

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1998--Entertainment Technologies & Programs Inc.
(OTC:ETPI - news), a fully-integrated entertainment and amusement company, today announced that it has entered into a lease with Parks at Arlington L.P. for space at the ''The Parks at Arlington'' mall located in Arlington, Texas. This site has approximately 11,655 square feet on the lower level of the mall.

One of the clauses within the lease states that if ETP does not produce at least 1 million dollars per year in revenues for two consecutive years, the lease can be canceled. The Parks at Arlington
averages $375 per square foot in annual revenues by their tenants, which makes this mall one of the busiest shopping centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro-plex. If ETP produces close to the average
annual revenues of other tenants, this one family entertainment center alone could produce revenues equal to the company's total gross revenues of 1997.

We do believe that this is a major step forward in our aggressive growth plans. This center should give ETP three fully operational Family Entertainment Centers by the end of May.

Except for historical matters contained herein, the matters discussed in this press release are forward-looking statements and are made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private
Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
