Mr. Dendro, it's ok to have doubts. If you have any doubts then you should not invest. At these low prices, shareholders are banking on that this company has finally turned the page on its past. Shareholders are banking on that Planet Sports must have some substance; it doesn't make sence for two shells to merge. So at these attractive prices, the reward overshadows any risk. At these prices, the only risk that I see comes from the illegal shorts, and I sure hope that the SEC is watching. From shareholders' perspective, any selling at these prices are due to churning and/or illegal selling through certain MMs. Investors are not foolish enough to have bought at these and higher levels only to sell near the stocks low selling point and to incure more losses when you figure in commissions. Also, since Raabe said look for the new company's plans around the 15th, it certainly makes no sence why there would be any legitimate selling at these low prices. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure that out. Good luck on your investment decisions. Rich_1

Dendro, I suggest you wait until the 15th like everyone else when the the 8K will disclose this information to the public. Until then, I remind you that TVSI & RMIL shareholders are "CHALLENGED" everyday by illegal shortsellers and their accomplices who roost on several BB stock threads for the benefit of these illegal shortsellers. DO NOT CHALLENGE ME, DO DD!!! If you continue to challenge me I will consider it harrassment and proceed accordingly. Pugs
