AMZN collapse will be a case history for some MBA. All the warning signs are clearly evident. Once more the picture becomes increasingly clear with every passing day that the stockholders are viewed by management as rubes who are not sophisticated enough to understand the implications of the 1/2 Billion Junk Bond, the implications on future earnings of the Stock Options issued by the Company to date, nor the implications of the absolute lack of any information on the recent acquisitions.

It is like watching a train wreck. Absolutely unavoidable now, question is how bad will the damage be.
