Skane,

Why would you expect the average investor to buy Sunrise if the technology wasn't exposed or the name mentioned on TV.

Because sectors move in groups. BEAM, VISX, LCAV up. SNRS down.

<<Why would you expect the average investor to buy Sunrise if the technology wasn't exposed or the name mentioned on TV. As far as the news goes, these new contact procedures are the latest and greatest and some company awaiting FDA approval is not considered by the masses to be as viable an investment opportunity.>>

Sylvester,

I wouldn't expect the average investor to buy SNRS, which is why it's not $25 now. Actually if the average investor moved the price of a co. based on "News Exposure" why is IMAT at $2 1/2. After all, their non-invasive scanner to predict heart attacks was all over Tom Brokaw & NBC news. One could make a large list of co.'s the public is exposed to whose price's are languishing. It takes Institutions, Brokerage Houses with analyst recommendations to move a stock. Look at VISX with their earnings surprise. Do you think individuals took it from $26 to $46 in one week? I'm sure they helped, but they generally follow the "Bigger Player's", not lead, imo.

Otherwise the average investor would be wealthy along with the Big Boys. I'm not seeing that...

Regards,
Skane
