In my opinion if the sec really wanted to do their job and protect the shareholders they would set up a task force and start putting in jail illegal short sellers, because they make MILLIONS doing it and can destroy good companys at their will because they have deep pockets. From what I can gather is floor traders are amongst the biggest short traders there are and they represent all the brokerage houses. Don't be surprized if some people at Meyerson are shorting the stock as well. It is a big problem that the Sec seems to care little about.
