The SEC filing says

that 50 million units were issued. That they can be converted into one share of common stock for 10 cents. That they may be exercised upon issuance. Sure this was a great deal, but is the stock worth buying at .19 when this overhangs it?

This really needs to be clarified.

TARIQ,

I am fairly new at this, but have a few questions.

1: The 50 mill. will not be released before the five years are up ?

2: In one of my quote servers it says there are 43 mill. shares in the float, is this corect ?

3: Does the company have other products in the market now, or
are they only consentrating on the "dye" ?

I would phone the company, but I have not too much experience in this kind of companies. My experties has been in gold-mining
stock.
