Mohan India is so stupid. All they have to do is shoot some students in Bombay square, take over Sri Lanka ( let their Buddhist priest travel to the US) and beat China in population. Then US will go running over there with aid and technology. BTW here's another project that India could undertake and get sanctions all over again.
