Heard a snippet on the news this morning before I bashed the alarm into silence. Something about DOJ saying their suit against MSFT will be more extensive than most anticipate.

Anyone hear this as well?

Right, I was referring to anything new concerning MSFT.. I know about the other lawsuit, but that to me seems like an ongoing saga, that will take a long time to figure out.

Thanks.. I am glad it wasnt anything else.. it sure seems that everyone is trying to get at Goliath.. and well they should, it keeps the Co lean and honest..

I saw Toms bullish % comment, to what extent does this go away of the eco numbers come correct and the fed doesnt raise?

One of those things has to go unfavorably to knock the market IMHO if course..

What about CYMI? that one has been sleeping for a bit...
