Just the topic I wanted to bring up, since Pat Robertson.since Pat Robertson was speaking about continuing to ask and not just asking once, like it is disrepectful, or somehow unbelieving.

He wrote that the words of Jesus were to KEEP on Asking, and KEEP on Praying and KEEP ON believing.

I refer always to the obnoxious person banging on the master's door in the middle of the night, even irritating the master who finally opened the door and asked what the person wanted. Jesus instructed us to do that. Which seems strange, to some, but not to me. That's why I sometimes pray loudly when others would whisper politely. I want to be sure He hears me, and sure that He knows I'm not embarrassed to make a slight fool of myself, and that I would like Him to answer the prayer. And believe, of course, that most prayers will be answered unless there are good reasons our human understandiing does not see.

It just was on yesterday, and I found it interesting to be reminded.
