EARNINGS WARNING: Just announced on cnbc that hp has
warned earnings will come in about .12 under expectations.

That should put a damper on this magnificent run :-(.

CNBC is reporting quarterly earnings of $.65 versus expected $.77 from an HP news release after market close this afternoon. I'm not currently in HP, but have been watching from the sidelines for awhile. Could this be the big dip I've been waiting for? I think HP is one great American company and has the management to recover from adversity. Any comments from HP players in it for the long term? Thanks.

In HP thread on Yahoo, someone mentioned HP is trying to
steer Q3 earnings estimates downward! Has anyone heard
anything in this regard? If so, I wonder if further
weakness in the stock ahead. My god, I hope not.
