Wayne, check out their most recent filing 10Q dated May 12th. It includes all their numbers through March 31st 1998.

They had to pay off their loans somehow. At least they did it at the prevailing market prices. Read on to the notes to see who the loans where paid to. I'm sure some of these shares might be held a bit tighter than most since they probably understand FASC's business enough to loan them money in the first place.

Wayne: The 10Q from last year showed 13 mil outstanding and 50 mil authorized. Since that time, they have traded debt for common shares, so the 40 mil. is probably about right. The press release of the recent 10Q doesn't mention outstanding shares and I am having difficulty pulling it up on Edgar. I will try again!
