Thank you for your kind words. I think I will drop the - in the context of this thread. There are other Messianic Jews here who will not take offense. Perhaps it has caused a division. As I have said I did it out of respect not superstition, but your analysis was good and true. Thanks again.

I haven't had a problem with the name Yeshua but I believe you misquoted Strongs.

<<#3442 Yeshuwa, (yay-shoo-ah) for 3091, He will save: Yeshua the name of 10 Israelites.
This is the hebrew rendition of the name Joshua which is translated in the Hebrew Yeshua, and in the English Jesus.>>

Correct quote,

... He will save: Jeshua the name of 10 Israelites.

Why did you replace the "J" for a "Y"?
