This has been covered in the thread.

Your choices are:

a) the sky is falling.
b) they sold too early, especially those Feb and Mar. guys.
c) 144 sales, can only sell vested options during certain windows.
d) new Volvos, mortgage payments, etc.
e) that old company line; management diversifying their portfolios.

Take your pick, I like (b), (c), (d) and (e).

<<If there is more good news to come for ASND, why so many insiders sold? >>

Peter,

Sometimes this stuff concerns me, but lets face it $26,000,000 in the hand...

The market is due for a correction in the next few months, so take a little. I would.

He probably has another 10,000,000 shares to play with.

Joe

Let 's say some insider have a 500K shares 's
stock option of ASND.Would it make sense to he/she
to sell 25K shares every 3/6 months.
Look at what ASND is today ... near 45.
Obviously they could have sold at 45 instead of
the prices you reported ...
Can you say conservative profit taking and
diversification ?
