To echo your belief, Gary, I don't think Cramer is foolish enough to risk criminal and civil securities law liability by touting in the Street.com (or even trying to influence the Street.com's editorial decisions to tout) stocks in which he has a personal interest (at least not without an acknowledgment to that effect).
