Jerry, I'll be right behind you tomorrow. Didn't see the announcement until after the close, so I'll have to take my chance with an "or better" limit order. I'm with you that this is probably a good company. The stock probably just got ahead of itself over the last 6 weeks (I bot at 1 15/16 on 3/30/98). Like you, I'll try to pick this up again at a lower price, but my luck isn't too good with stock timing. My picking's not too bad, but my timing tends to suck. I guess more detail will be forthcoming when they file the 10Q. Maybe I'll just check to see if they've filed it early. Carl
