To anyone, Mark, Steve and Cookie

I have been looking over some information tonight

Last year thru September 30, 1997 the company lost about 370M, the books should be in order and the press releases seem to indicate this.

Looking at net operating margin compared to companies in software and other:

Oracle above 10%
Sybase below 5%
Microsoft above 30%
IBM below 5%
BAAN around 10%

In your opinion can IMFX get their operating margins in the 10% area?
Or is 10% to high? What would be a realistic margin?

I cannot judge management at this point of time but they seem like they are doing okay. Any opinions on management at this time?

Thanks in advance
