Anyone who would like to see what YRI's short form prospectus looks like can go to Calson On Line and then check SEDAR down loadable documents. Although this offering isn't open to most U.S. residents it does make good reading. Part of the point behind a prospectus is to outline where money is going to be spent and give investors a good idea of a companies prospects. Personally I believe it looks damn good and as a Canadian resident applied for a bit of it. Price of course isn't set yet so buy more now, push up the price and make us jonny come latelies pay more for the issue.
