Was doing research on Verio and found this...didn't see it when it came out last month but it's really interesting. I didn't realize that LVLT's manager bonuses are not only tied to the stock price...the stock actually has to outperform the S&P. In other words they have to outperform the broader market to get paid. Yipes! I'll bet that provision changes pretty soon.

I fully agree with you that LVLT is a high-potential long-term play and not for the faint of heart. But, I'd like to load up on more during this correction, but not sure at what point to get it at. Anyone care to guess what support might be?

If they didn't follow Crowe over, where else would they go, and have such a cushy job ?? If they didn't go, could they lose valuable stock options ??
