LE, the original audit for 1997 on Myriad would have had to be done as a prerequisite to ongoing negotiations. The period from the start of 1998 to the closing date would have to be considered since it is a huge material change in the structure of the company.

By the way, if you or anyone wants me to put all of the links where you have either misconstrued the facts, made misstatements, or flat out lied, I will, although there are so many that it will take some time and will be longer than what SI allows on one post.

My theory is that the 1997 Financials are butt ugly
so they are delaying its release until they can
release the 1st quarter financials which may be a bit
easier on the eyes.
that's the only reason I can see why the 1997 financials
have been delayed for the past couple of months.
