I've already asked s-mackie both in PM and in public for his sources about the SEC and he has disregarded my request. However, he shows quick response time otherwise. Hmmm.

JIN & ALL:

All one needs to do is call the SEC at 202-942-7040 -
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
Mail Stop 11-2
450 Fifth Street, N.W.
Washington, DC 20549

Information came from Filing Desk Supervisor/Director. Call for yourself, surprised that you have not to perform the proper DD on the stock that you are invested in? Isn't that the proper method of investing.

Come on now, do you actually expect this company (with all their mis-opportunity statements) to tell you that the SEC and investors are calling and screaming "where are the financials"? How many days has it been since they were supposed to release? Do they have a filing number...YET? Why don't someone call the accounting firm that performed the audit? Has anyone done any DD on this company other than take the word coming out of Mr. Ira's mouth?

Well I have. So until you reach the accounting firm, and get it from their (the horse's) mouths that they don't have an SEC filing number? OOPS!

Enough said.

Thanks,

Mackie
