It's my impression that NT definitely wants BAY. Question is price. What I'm wondering is will this cause NT to fall if they do buy BAY, or will this put NT into a whole new business? Regardless of what we may think of BAY, they are a leader or second player in about every market. They also have some very good offerings in Broadband systems for CATV. This would be a very big step for NT. Question is what can NT do to wring out the profits in Bay that House hasn't been able to do. I find it interesting that thread sentiment is down on the merger. By the way, options make me think there is an announcement coming. Any thoughts on big new contracts? Regards, Mark
