Jx: I don't know of any further negotiations, but since Paul doesn't return his calls, who knows what is going on. According to what I heard via phone yesterday, the deal was dead, which is what I read in their news release also. Now, if Paul were to get his filings up-to-date, perhaps he would be able to re-negotiate. I would look for a filing for current fiscal year the first week in June. If that occurs, perhaps there is hope. I'm out of this stock and won't be following it anymore unless I receive information that things are back on track. Lee
