Pezt, If you want to see a bearish pattern pull a chart showing S&P technology index vs. Intel. Intel sucks and the chart proves it.

Hi Petz , re. AMD at turning point
I agree the support level seems to be established at $26
Also in the first 5 months of the year the stock rallies toward the end of month but seems to be held down just before options expiry date.This appears to indicate more call options .
In '96-'97 bull phase the opposite was the case the stock rose from beginning of month to around expiry date then fell after options expiry indicating perhaps more put options .
The release of K6-2 on 28 May could also give additional boost ,
