I had the pleasure of attending the platinum partners meeting right after Schmidt took over, and what a difference. I have been doing business with these guys for sixl years and from a resellers perspective, Novell personnel attitudes have become decidely more upbeat, as opposed to Frankenburg times. I have also talked to our Regional Sales Guy (Chicago) It is alleged that once in a while Schmidt does go to sales calls, and when he does, its in the bank. I am placing my money on Schmidt also, he is a winner, and has excellent vision.
