I don't care what you believe or not. I would honestly like you to tell me where to look for this info. The way you seem to be avoiding it makes me doubtful.

I started using the internet in 1988. My senior design (1991) was developing a proof-of-concept implementation of DHCP, working directly for the person who wrote the RFC (Droms, and Comer I think). I have not worked in the networking industry since then but I assure you I have plenty of background in the internet and associated protocols.
