Here is what I have learned about Ed Kroekers' trip to Spain.

Ed traveled Monday of last week he had meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday. He
first met with 3 groups in Valencia;1) R&D Consultants,2) the Senior
Manager,Department Manager and Director General of a company called VAERSA
and 3)The President of an engineering and construction company called Ingenieria Diez
Cisneros.Thermo Tech was contacted initially by R&D Consultants. They are so
impressed by TT that after they reviewed Thermo Techs brochure they put together
one in Spanish complete with glossy pictures.

R&D came to know about TT from working with the Department of Environment in
Valencia for the past 1 1/2 years in looking for a suitable technology for processing
organic wastes. He has become absolutely convinced that Thermo Tech has the best
Technology in the world and has a personal goal of putting TMP's throughout Spain.

VAERSA is another company set up by the Ministry of Environment of Valencia.Their
function is to to do environmental planning and technology procurement.Valentia has
been under pressure from the European Union to collect and recycle their organic
waste. They had been looking at composting but are now looking at TMP's.The
Eropean Union has given the Gov. of Valentia $80 million US to spend on the
appropriate technologies. The money would be spent to buy Thermo Master Plants and
not to JV them.

The third company was an engineering, architechural and construction company called
Ingeneria Diez Cisneros.Ed met with the Pesident of the company Mr. Cisneros who
had previously reviewed TT's package and was already absolutely convinced TT has
the best Technology for processing hog manure. He knows the owners of the largest
hog operations in all of Spain.Get this these people own in excess of ten thousand hogs
per farm.Mr. Cisneros stated in his opinion,it would be very possible to establish
between 50 and 100 plants in Spain in the next 2 years just for hog manure. He had
stated that he would be meeting with the Minister of Environment in Madrid this week
to present to him TT's technology as the best solution.

Things look very good there.Remember that the 50 to 100 plants for manure would
smaller versions of the TMP's possibly 100 to 200 tons per day.
