The Black Lake claim consists of 5,332 hectares (13,175 acres) and the Kosdaw Like claim consists of 5,900 hectares (14,578 acres). The Black Lake claims covers the extension of the Black Lake fault. Uranium mineralization is known to occur in proximity to this fault. The Kosdaw Lake mineral claims on the eastern edge of the sandstone basin is in an area known to contain politic rocks and stradding the unconformity. The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William G. Timmins, P. Eng. as a Director of the company. Mr. Timmins has been a consultant to the mineral/mining industry for 35 years and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia since 1969.
