KAA, After much thought over the last few days, I have to agree with you a little. I have spoken to Jack once, he actually returned my call when I called him another time. He seems genuine enough as one can pick up on the phone anyways. I think that Jack is probably a good guy that picked up the batton of this company when no one else stepped up. He might be a little inexpereinced and maybe got took up a job that was a little beyond his reach. I don't know, I was not here a year ago or so when he was voted in. I wasn't there 4-5 months ago when he was looking for an oppurtunity to turn the shell into something viable. I'm not condoning his actions, just thinking that maybe he is doing the best he can, and there are others out there that took advantage of the situation.
