News - Versalock to Motorola ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Plasma-Therm, Inc. announced today the sale of a Versalock(R) plasma processing system to Motorola, Inc. , a leading manufacturer of gallium arsenide (GaAs) and other high speed devices. The system incorporates Plasma-Therm's Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) technology and will be used for high volume production processes for advanced high speed device products .
