I wonder if any one else has noticed the late and out of sequence trades going off in CSHK after the close. On Monday I saw what looked like a 5K blocks and a 12K blocks trade going off both at 4:16pm. Today there is a 10K blocks trade going off late and out of sequence.

That would imply 1M shares today and 1.7M on Monday. I did not look yesterday. But I guess my question to anyone that might know is: "Is this MM's passing shares around? or does Quote.com report these transactions differently?"

But who, in the Merced filing, is "Brian Capellaro", same address? Names upon names, little companies upon little companies.

Gee, though, waht a relief to see that Merced finally got its act together and filed. I mean, there they were, named in Official Documents and stuff as "Merced, Inc." MONTHS before...
