You are more correct than you think! Those of you that remember when the Soviet Union broke apart, and all hell was breaking lose inside the Kremlin, all the regular comm lines were shut off. The only way we knew what was going on was through the internet!!!! That is the last thing that you can shut down! And comm useage goes way up during crises! We live in a peaceful country. Not many of you have been shot at. If you have, you know the first thing you run for is a phone :-) <Rocketman, putting things in perspective>
