I think that everyone is missing the bigger picture?

The filing number is something for the company to release as informative purposes to shareholders. The BIG picture is that the process is very minimum to what has been mentioned by FAMH.

The other BIGGER picture is the accounting/audit firm utilized by FAMH - Does anyone care to get in touch with them?

Check it out. I hope that can help all in any effort.

Thanks for the emails.

Mackie.

The number assigned to an electronic filing via Edgar is the Accession number. Accession numbers are those identifying numbers that the SEC assigns to each filing.

This is not to be confused with the file number. Different file numbers are used for different form filings. For example a 10QSB will have a different number than that of a SC 13G or a S-8.

My conversation with the gentleman in the EDGAR department did not say you had to have a request a file number before getting online with EDGAR to file electronically. That is my understanding. Please correct me if I am in error.

EDGAR. Short for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval. A Securities and Exchange Commission computer that allows registered securities issuers to file reports with the SEC by computer INSTEAD of having to file physical documents.
