The Plan

- Jay enrolls CYPB in the process (Hall, Blank)

- MuddPhudd talks to Blank (or whoever)

- MuddPhudd creates technical notes on Prosorba techology and applications near-term and going forward

- MuddPhudd talks to Nepom (Virgina Mason) and Sasso (U Wash)

- MuddPhudd reviews CYPB scientific protocol

- Jay creates web page(s) containing above notes

- Jay pulls together company information scattered around onto web

- We find a financial/business person (BizWiz) to participate

- BizWiz reviews financials and projections

- Jay puts up website "Cypress Investor's Group" with above

- good possibility to get professional web design without cost

- we post website URL to this thread every 10 messages or 3 days

Result: a shiny website with all the company information at the
fingertips of all who are interested.

Benefit: confidence level for us; fun; increased valuation; profit

> Do you think that CYPB needs to figure out the mechanism of action by the column for FDA approval?? <

My hunch is that the answer is no ... no need to figure it out before FDA approval. Reason: if CYPB thought it necessary, there would be evidence of *panic-stricken* effort to complete the research. Instead, it appears orderly and normal (at least normal for a bio-tech firm). I attended an investors briefing by Dr. Kranzler in January and he described the "how it works" research in very matter-of-fact tones. I did not record that session so cannot give a verbatim.
