I am doing this as a favor to the investment club I belong to. Thank you, Jim.

This message is for the main investor of stocks in your household.

Hello all, I'm LRacco, Luciano Racco. Recently I was involved in a investment club, that dealt with penny stocks. It dissolved due to lack of participation, lazy leaders, and overall dissatisfaction of its members. I was disappointed to hear that the club ended, and I've decided to start my own.

If you already belong to an investment club stop reading this e-mail now. If you have no desire to trade short-term stocks under $5 in price stop reading now. If you have no interest in making money stop reading now. The rest of you can read the remainder.

In the world of Wall Street huge firms representing thousands of clients and managing millions of dollars control the market. They expound their half hearted advice, and lousy stock picks, and manipulate the market, as well as individual stocks. In order for the individual investor to match up he needs to be armed with solid information, new and accurate information, but most of all he wants to know that he is not the only one taking a risk on a certain company. The investor of penny stocks is one who has a hard stomach lining, but they to want to be assured that their investment will succeed. By being a part of an investment club you get the information you don't have time to get yourself, and you also know that other people will be buying the same stock you are, and risking their money, and then crying or laughing with you all the way to the bank. This e-mail is simply to see who is interested in joining an investment club. If you do wish to join this club I will send you an explanation of our operations, and other important details. I hope you all will consider this invitation, and for those of you who are uninterested I am sorry I have taken up so much of your time.

For more info or to join e-mail me at LRacco@aol.com

Back with some SYCR news & views....

Glad to see we are seeing some good recovery here. I think we are building upwards
with some good new products. My engineers have given their thumbs up to both
Rewind and UpgradeAid98 - the first time they have ever liked a SYCR product.

I haven't posted in a while because not only have I been busy running my own company,
but I haven't wanted to be accused of hyping anything. I will say that I met personally
with RP at SYCR last month. I am quite excited about what's coming up, and the
announcements over the last few days validate that. SYCR has some great people now,
and I think they are moving in the right direction with these products.

The UpgradeAid98 package is the long awaited "Elvis" product I have talked about in
the past. With the Justice Department problems MSFT has had and the Win98 delays,
SYCR has really been held at bay on releasing this one. They want to have it out just
before 98 hits the shelves and you should be able to see it in most major stores right
next to the Win98 boxes - this will be a major homerun product, in my opinion.

RP said they have some additional products in the works that they feel even more
confident about. Two of which are NON utility products, something I was encouraged
to hear.

I believe this stock was heavily oversold by a core of investors that were simply tired
and disenchanted, and I can't say I blame them based on the events of the last few
months. I will say, however, that at the stock's current levels, if they aren't going out of
business it's a hell of a buy. With some good new products and competent staffing, both
of which are in place, this one could really move forward. I think there is a lot of pent up
demand just waiting for some indication that there is hope for the future and that the
company will be around. I think today we are seeing this feeling hit the market and some
new investors coming in. Win98 will be a major hit, and riding those coat-tails could
prove for a great ride.

I wish everyone good luck in this stock. Earnings will be out Friday for Fiscal Q-3.
Obviously, no one is expecting much since it is all based on older products. I am excited
about the new products and the revenue they will generate beginning later this quarter.

I will post more info as I get it. Remember, do your own DD and learn the story before
investing. I am still here, have been accumulating, and am glad to see that confidence
beginning to pay off.

Tim
