I read Snake Charmer's post a while back showing the volume and price for the last month.

The following scenario could be happening, IMO.

Given the very high volume with no significant price movement, it has all the earmarks of a Reg. S (or similar) situation where the conversions are being bought up as they enter the market. This creates large volume, but applies no upward pressure on the stock's price.

Can someone tell me if this is a reporting company? Thank you,

I don't think you are an idiot,I think you are reason number 2.

If you think there is a rs coming why don't you sell?

If all you see with the company is doom and gloom why don't you sell?

If you want to save all of us uninformed share holders its not working. Do you wish to save us?
