Growing companies have some trouble to keep things in time, because they do have limited resources. They don't have in-house accounting system, legal counsel office, and investor relationship department. If we use "lie", I won't agree. They may have good intentions. Time will tell. From my personal DD and research, I feel comfortable with my investment. If people don't like a company, just move on and find another company. What's your feeling when some people bash companies that you invest? The best way to punish a company is not to buy its shares. Like me, I won't buy IBM shares any more. James
