DCF, I don't believe in god just because a bunch of men insist it is so. I believe it because I've weighed the good points & the bad points thoroughly in my mind, and have decided that teaching children there is a god has more beneifts than disadvantages. They relate better to the story of a good woman/man creating the earth they live on than to the true scientific facts. As they get older they can integrate the true meaning of god(which is trying to do "good") into their lives. Belief in god creates an active conscience in a human being. A conscience is crucial in order to have people of integrity. The fact that I love my mother doesn't prove there's a god. It just proves I have a great mother;-) Hope you do as well. Seeya, Ann
