Trailing revenue has no value? Those are your words not mine. My point is this, I don't recall from any of your previous posts, nor those of most others, that the current valuation of TAVA was based on trailing revenues. And TAVA's trailing revenues were the reason you/they were buying. In fact Doc, you were one of the many who went through the exercise of predicting future revenues, based on remediation, CD sales and core business growth. What sticks in my craw (respectfully) is that once you sold, you revert to citing trailing revenues as your primary determination of TAVA's present value. As if TAVA suddenly has no future revenue growth. Yes at some point in time, probably within the next couple of quarters TAVA is going to have to put up or I am going to have to shut up. But you left the party early my friend its that simple. As long as you made a profit I'm happy for you. TAVA's business is proceeding from the "development stage" into full commercialization now. Think Biotech :-) Now is not the time to sell. Why truncate TAVA's future revenue growth after Q3 simply because you found TAVA's revenue disappointing? It met TAVA's expectations. Jenkins was "excited by the momentum" in Y2K. Perhaps yours, mine and the rest are too high? I believe you were at least 1-2 quarters too early with your dire assessment and sell. "The best is yet to come" Now where have you heard that before?

Couple of other comments I would like to make. RedChip estimated revenue of $14.241M (.03/share) and a gross margin of 43.55% for Q3. The 18m figure you cite is for Q4. So perhaps you made a mistake by selling because you looked at the wrong quarter? :-)

>>Joe, it is a common vanity of people to believe that because they met a CEO face to face that somehow they understand him and have some
advantage that other investors don't have. Sorry, but a pleasant lunch
with a CEO means nothing to me.<<

As far as having lunch with Jenkins, LOL. Who said it was pleasant? The chicken was terrible :-) Jenkins did not have to tell me about how disappointing Wonderware sales were but he did and I reported it Friday nite. If CD sales were the primary reason why you bought TAVA you could have sold on that news Mon. am. Therefore I was able to get news from Jenkins that otherwise would not have been revealed until the CC on Tuesday. I also learned that TAVA's direct sales staff was exceeding internal estimates and this is where TAVA's focus would be shifted. Did you know that he told me about the "Solution Provider Partners Program" at lunch? Bet you didn't know about that? :-) Also I gained greater insight about the Remediation process than I had before. Degreed Engineers (System Analysts) perform remediation. Also I found out that TAVA will be remediating at $200+/hr. come 1999. Also I found out that even though Litton won a Utility Y2K contract they had to come to TAVA for the CD and Database support. How about the 2 TAVA engineers that went to the Oil Rigs in the Saudi Gulf? You want me to go on? Vanity? I don't think so "Homes". How about real and valuable information? Before it hit the streets!

Also, I am not impressed with those who would try to form part of a psychological profile of me over the Internet, when they haven't met me and don't know me - even if it does come from a neurosurgeon. Believe me I'm 15 years past my vanity stage :-)
