"<No one has definitively answered my question. Is this company, that I own shares in, a reporting company?>"

excuse me dexx, but aren't you suppose to ask those questions BEFORE you invest???? a little late to be demanding answers, is it not???

Dexx, sometimes on these fishy boards, the best way to get a question answered is to make a statement.

For instance, if you want to know if it is a reporting company just say something like, "This company has never filed a report". You'll get more responses than you need to make your mind up.

As far as the agreement, no. They didn't sign it.

I didn't say that ALL your questions were answered.. just that many of them were.. you should always confirm for yourself with the company.
However, since the company isn't talking right now and has other
things that are more pressing.. I for one won't press them into
answering any questions until next week... if I was looking into
buying this stock and felt that I HAD to have my questions answered
immediately but couldn't... then I'd hold out on buying in or buying
more whichever the case might be UNTIL I got a chance to talk w/ them.
Again, your concerns are valid. Some of them we just don't have the
answers to at this time and yes it would be nice if we knew the answers .. but we don't. Glad to have you here.

I'm not sure, dexx, why you should think that people here have an obligation to leap to do your homework for you.

Start here quote.yahoo.com

Key in PKGP

Click on SEC Filings. If it doesn't say "SEC Filings" then there is a very good likelihood that the company is not a reporting company.

Hope this helps.
