In what type of rock? What geographic area? What is the water situation? How far from a town? Power?

Al,

The following costs are based on a model for a 900 ton per day vertical crater retreat mine with adit/decine entry.

Daily operating costs $12 per ton.

Preproduction development 3.6 million
Mining equipment 2.2 million
Mine Plant 1.5 million
Engineering & construction management 1 million
Working capital .75 million

Total capital 9.05 million.

Keep in mind this is a model and a number of variables could cause this to change by 20%.
