HWP's pre-announcement along with a possible Fed and State action against MSFT might spell trouble for the whole tech sector. What a timing!

Richard, from the HP article I read, it seems that HP's sales are increasing, its the pricing pressures and their manufacturing costs that are affecting their performance. I don't believe that Dell has experienced these problems.

What's your understanding of HP's weakness and Dell's strengths?

Appreciate your comments.

RFH,

Hopefully the 'market' watched that the negative earnings of CPQ that affected DELL shouldn't have, and this time the HWP earnings won't affect DELL, but who can tell? Does the 'market' ever learn?

OMHO

Ken
