Bill I had trouble too. Turn your computer off and on again. Then go into the www.launchingpad.com site, and click on the DGIV chat link. This will take you to a sign up page. On the right hand side, put in your info, name (you can change it), nickname, email, and make up a pasword. When you put it in and it accepts it, it opens up to a chat area, but nobody will be there yet. But you will know that you are in.

Bill,

I thought I was having trouble signing up, too. Then I noticed I got an e-mail from Delphi verifying that I had indeed signed up, even though I got a message saying my attempt didn't work. Guess I'll find out tonight which is right.

Check your e-mail. You may find a similar message.
